Location independence
Give authorised users a consistent extension identity across headquarters, branch offices, compatible mobile devices and remote work environments.
mobility.sysSIPHub is a Linux-powered SIP and VoIP workspace for organisations that need flexible voice across offices, branches, support teams and field operations—starting in India and designed for the wider Asia-Pacific operating environment.
Voice quality depends on the complete IP path, codec, endpoint and upstream interconnection. Public telephone/mobile calling must use an appropriately authorised telecom or trunk provider.
SIP separates identity and call control from a single physical telephone. VoIP moves voice across IP networks. Together, they let an organisation treat calling as software-defined infrastructure—portable, manageable and easier to scale across locations.
Give authorised users a consistent extension identity across headquarters, branch offices, compatible mobile devices and remote work environments.
mobility.sysCentralise extension management and service policies instead of maintaining isolated phone environments at every site.
control.sysAdd users and concurrent-call capacity as demand changes, without rebuilding the entire communications layer.
scale.sysSIP and IP voice can connect human calling with contact-centre workflows, browser interfaces and approved business applications.
api.sysFrom a five-person team to distributed operations, the advantage is the same: one controllable communications identity running over modern IP infrastructure.
Keep customer-facing teams under one extension plan with managed access, defined concurrency and a clear path to approved trunk integration.
Bring geographically separated teams into one private voice environment instead of operating communications as separate islands.
Extend authorised business identity beyond the desk for technicians, sales teams and distributed operations using compatible IP access.
Maintain a managed voice identity for personnel working across cities and home offices, subject to endpoint and network policy.
Use extension-to-extension calling for controlled organisational communication even before adding public network interconnection.
Create a foundation for browser calling, workflow-triggered voice and future integration with compliant communications systems.
SIPHub’s service stack is built around a Linux-hosted voice core and open internet telephony standards. The interface deliberately reflects that architecture: observable, modular, operational and direct.
SIP is an interoperable signalling standard, making it suitable for a wide ecosystem of compatible endpoints and voice systems.
Tenant management, extensions, subscriptions and provisioning are handled as controlled platform services.
Call quality is treated as an end-to-end IP engineering matter—not a decorative “HD” badge.
The application and voice infrastructure are India-hosted. That can avoid unnecessary international detours for Indian users while keeping the platform positioned for organisations that operate across the wider Asia-Pacific region.
Domestic hosting does not guarantee zero latency. Real call delay depends on access networks, routing, congestion, codecs, endpoint performance and any upstream carrier path.

$ add-extensionCreate SIP extensions for approved personnel and endpoints.
$ route-voiceUse private SIP calling or approved licensed interconnection where applicable.
SIPHub provides the application, organisation, subscription and extension-management layer. Calls to public telephone or mobile networks should be connected only through an appropriately authorised telecom or trunk provider and in accordance with applicable requirements.
Start with a controlled SIPHub workspace, validate your calling model, then scale capacity when the organisation is ready.
01 Is SIP the same as VoIP?Not exactly. VoIP describes voice carried over IP networks. SIP is a signalling protocol commonly used to create, control and end real-time communication sessions such as voice calls.
02 Can SIPHub directly call Indian mobile or landline numbers?Public-network calling requires appropriate interconnection through an authorised telecom or SIP trunk provider. SIPHub can operate as a managed private SIP environment and can support approved integration paths.
03 Why Linux?Linux is widely used for network and server infrastructure because it supports modular, observable and automation-friendly deployments. SIPHub’s voice service is hosted on Linux and the website’s command-centre UI reflects that operating model.
04 Does India hosting guarantee low latency? No hosting location can guarantee zero or fixed latency. India hosting may shorten parts of the path for domestic users, while actual performance depends on the full access and carrier route.
