Acceptable-Use Policy
SIPHub is intended for responsible business communication. Users must keep the platform inside lawful, secure and professionally acceptable boundaries at all times.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use SIPHub for unlawful interception, spoofing, credential attacks, scams, harassment, threats, caller-ID manipulation, malware delivery or unauthorised traffic generation.
Calling abuse
Mass unsolicited calling, deceptive outreach, fraud-oriented campaigns and any attempt to bypass telecom restrictions or policy boundaries are not permitted.
Emergency services
The starter internal-only dial plan is not an emergency-calling substitute. Users must keep access to an ordinary telephone service for emergency communication.
Credential hygiene
Users must protect passwords, safeguard assigned SIP endpoints and report suspected compromise or misuse promptly to the responsible administrator.
Platform protections
SIPHub may rate-limit, suspend or disable accounts when abnormal traffic, abuse patterns, compromised credentials or non-payment is detected.
Operational review
Add your final notice, appeal and enforcement procedure before using this document as the production acceptable-use policy.
