Acceptable-Use Policy

Users may not use SIPHub for unlawful interception, spoofing, caller-ID manipulation, credential attacks, mass unsolicited calling, scams, threats, harassment, malware delivery, denial-of-service activity or bypassing telecom restrictions.

Emergency calling is not supported by the internal-only starter dial plan. Users must retain access to an ordinary telephone service for emergency communications.

Accounts may be rate-limited or suspended when abuse, compromised credentials, abnormal traffic or non-payment is detected. Add your notice, appeal and enforcement procedures before commercial launch.
