SIPHub Service Terms
The operational relationship around SIPHub should be understood as a managed SIP/VoIP platform arrangement. These starter terms still require formal legal and telecom-regulatory review before public commercial launch.
Service scope
The starter service provides internet-based internal SIP extensions and business voice management. It does not, by itself, represent licensed public telephony, emergency calling, public numbering or unrestricted mobile/landline termination.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected seat count and term. Activation follows verified online payment or recorded manual approval. User capacity and concurrent-call limits remain applicable throughout the active service period.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must secure accounts, use the service lawfully, obtain any required recording consent and avoid impersonation, fraud, harassment, unsolicited calling or attempts to use the service as an emergency replacement.
Availability
Voice quality and availability depend on network path, access connectivity, codec, browser or endpoint behaviour, routing and any upstream provider involved in the call path.
Interconnection boundary
Public-network calling should be introduced only through an appropriately authorised telecom or trunk pathway and in accordance with applicable law, policy and commercial approval.
Production review
Add support, refund, limitation-of-liability, dispute, business-identity and jurisdiction language before using this document as the final production terms.
