SIPHub Service Terms

These starter terms are not a substitute for advice from a qualified Indian legal and telecom-regulatory professional.

Service scope

The initial service provides internet-based internal SIP extensions and does not itself include public telephone numbers, emergency calling, mobile/landline termination or a representation that it is a licensed public telecommunications service.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected number of users and term. Activation follows verified online payment or recorded manual approval. User and concurrent-call limits apply throughout the term.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must secure their accounts, use the service lawfully, obtain consent for any recording, and must not use the platform for unsolicited calling, impersonation, fraud, harassment or attempts to reach emergency services.

Availability and limitation

Browser and PWA background behaviour varies by device and operating system. Continuous incoming ringing while the app is closed is not guaranteed. Add service-specific warranty, support, refund, liability and dispute clauses before commercial launch.
