Privacy Notice

The platform processes account names, email addresses, organisation details, subscription and payment references, SIP extension data, device/network registration data, security logs and call-detail metadata required to operate the service.

Purposes

Data is used for authentication, subscription administration, extension provisioning, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, billing and legal compliance. SIP secrets are encrypted in the web database and transferred only through authenticated provisioning and dialer sessions.

Retention and access

Define production retention periods for audit logs, call-detail records, recordings and expired accounts. Restrict staff access by role and maintain access logs. Do not enable recording without a lawful basis and clear user notice.

Payments

Online payments are processed by the configured gateway. The portal should store gateway identifiers and status, not complete card or UPI credentials.

User rights and contact

Add your registered business identity, privacy contact, grievance process, applicable rights, cross-border processing information and deletion/correction procedure before launch.
